Besides the country club and exclusive neighborhood, Alviera Industrial Park’s Phase 2 development is also ongoing. It was initially slated for 32 hectares until the developers decided to expand to 64 hectares, doubling the capacity to meet stronger demands for more industrial lots. The industrial park, which is located near the entrance of Alviera, is strategically accessible via the Porac Exit of the SCTEx (Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway).
Locators such as Monde Nissin, Badan Building Materials Inc., and Heavy Duty Manufacturing Inc. have already moved in after completing Phase 1. They are set to provide up to 500 new jobs to the locals. Phase 1 has a total of 16 industrial lots.
