Responsibilities:
•	Promotes sale of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.

•	Advises clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.

Property Specialist - Entry Level

Description
Responsible in maintaining good relationship with clients by attending and troubleshooting the warranty concerns of their units. They also provide different technical recommendations to optimize cost and effective benefits.
