The Taguig City Integrated Terminal Exchange (TCITX) has officially broken ground, marking a transformative milestone for Arca South and the future of urban mobility in Metro Manila. Spanning 5 hectares, this major transport hub is designed to accommodate 160,000 passengers and 5,200 vehicles daily, seamlessly integrating with the North-South Commuter Railway (NSCR) and the Metro Manila Subway Project (MMSP). Once fully operational by 2028, TCITX is set to redefine the commuter experience, offering unparalleled convenience and accessibility.

A game-changer in Metro Manila’s transport network

Strategically located in Arca South, TCITX is a crucial component of the estate’s connectivity, further strengthened by its link to the Southeast Metro Manila Expressway (SEMME) or Skyway Stage 4. This integration positions Arca South as a key gateway, seamlessly connecting commuters via subway and railway systems, provincial and city buses, and the Jeepney AUV terminal. The development of TCITX aligns with the government’s goal of improving Metro Manila’s transport infrastructure and alleviating congestion.

A thriving mixed-use estate

Beyond its transport hub, Arca South is rapidly transforming into a next-generation central business district (CBD) with a diverse mix of world-class developments.

Healthcare innovation: Home to Healthyway Cancer Care Medical Center, the first comprehensive cancer hospital in the country.

Retail and leisure: The Landers Superstore offers premier membership shopping, while Arca South Pitch, the official home of Barça Academy Manila, serves as a training ground for young football talent.

Events and lifestyle: Set to open next year, The Blue Leaf will provide an elegant space for celebrations and gatherings.

Commercial and culinary hub: Ayala Malls Arca South, with its first phase opening in December 2025, will feature a curated food hall, a vibrant market hall, and the country’s first dedicated coffee zone.

Meanwhile, luxury and convenience come together with six residential developments from Avida, Alveo, and Ayala Land Premier, making Arca South a dynamic, well-connected urban hub.

A collaborative effort for urban living and mobility

The integration of TCITX and SEMME is a result of strategic collaboration between Ayala Land, the Department of Transportation (DOTr), Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), Department of National Defense (DND), Veterans Federation of the Philippines (VFP), Toll Regulatory Board (TRB), and San Miguel Corporation. These projects are expected to reshape Metro Manila’s transport landscape by providing alternative routes, reducing travel time, and improving overall traffic flow.

As part of the government’s “Build Better More” agenda, the DOTr—under the leadership of Transportation Secretary Jaime J. Bautista—continues to spearhead major infrastructure initiatives aimed at improving urban mobility.

With the development of TCITX and SEMME, Arca South is emerging as Metro Manila’s premier transit-oriented destination. These infrastructure projects reinforce Ayala Land’s commitment to building sustainable, well-connected communities that drive economic growth.

As Metro Manila gears up for a more efficient and seamless transport system, Arca South stands at the forefront of urban progress, redefining modern city living and business opportunities for generations to come.
