Spanning 5 hectares, this major transport hub is designed to accommodate 160,000 passengers and 5,200 vehicles daily, seamlessly integrating with the North-South Commuter Railway (NSCR) and the Metro Manila Subway Project (MMSP). Once fully operational by 2028, TCITX is set to redefine the commuter experience, offering unparalleled convenience and accessibility.

Strategically located in Arca South, TCITX is a crucial component of the estate’s connectivity, further strengthened by its link to the Southeast Metro Manila Expressway (SEMME) or Skyway Stage 4. This integration positions Arca South as a key gateway, seamlessly connecting commuters via subway and railway systems, provincial and city buses, and the Jeepney AUV terminal. The development of TCITX aligns with the government’s goal of improving Metro Manila’s transport infrastructure and alleviating congestion.
