Alveo Land Corp., a brand of property developer Ayala Land Inc., said its latest Bonifacio Global City (BGC) residential project in Taguig will generate around P22 billion in sales.
The project, dubbed Park East Place, already recorded initial sales of P6.2 billion when it was launched two weeks ago.
“The success of Park East Place’s project launch reaffirms Alveo’s presence in BGC. The extremely strong reception is a clear affirmation of Park East Place’s unique project concept, strategic location, and trust in the Alveo brand,” Joseph Carmichael Jugo, Alveo Land president, said.
Alveo said the 59-floor, single-tower condominium, will rise at a 4,000-square meter property at the corner of 32 Street and 9th Avenue, in the area’s so-called “lifestyle corridor.”
The development will comprise 53 residential floors, and eight parking floors.
It is near prestigious office buildings and well-known commercial centers, as well as pioneer landmarks, such as St. Luke’s Medical Center–Global City, S&R Membership Shopping and MC Home Depot. There are also numerous parks and open spaces, such as the BGC Turf, anchoring the location.
Park East Place is now part of Alveo’s outstanding BGC portfolio, along with signature projects—Two Serendra, High Street South and Park Triangle.
The development offers 523 units ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom, with sizes ranging from 60 square meters, to 131 square meters per unit. Units are sold between P25 million to P58.9 million as its introductory price, or an average price of P430,000 per square meter.
The condominium is designed to have a floor density of 10 units per floor.
Alveo is offering the project at a 10-percent down payment, with the rest payable in seven years at zero interest.
Park East Place is eyed for turnover by 2030.
Jugo said Park Place East is targeted towards both end-users and investors with the initial units sold going to overseas based buyers, both foreigners and overseas Filipinos.
Alveo said, in terms of design, every layer of detail offers an “exclusive living experience” in BGC. The facade has a nine -meter glass crown, which is a design collaboration between Aidea, a leading Filipino architecture and design firm and foreign consultant Smith Group. The tower will also feature a podium design with angled fins and decorative perforated aluminum cladding, stone arcade columns and a high glass ratio.
